A whole SharePoint site is gone or corrupt
Site collections are recoverable for 93 days via admin. After that only via a backup product.

- 2Go to Deleted sites and restore within 93 days
- 3For item-level restore in an active site: site recycle bin
- 4Document which libraries are critical for backup scope
