Mollie payment succeeds but order stays pending in WooCommerce

The webhook isn't reaching your site or is blocked. The customer paid, you see nothing.

Try this first

  1. 1Open the Mollie dashboard, go to the transaction and review webhook logs
  2. 2See 4xx or 5xx, copy the webhook URL and open in browser, must not 403
  3. 3Common cause: WAF blocks Mollie IPs, add a whitelist in firewall or plugin
  4. 4Test with a 1-cent transaction until status posts correctly
