Mollie payment succeeds but order stays pending in WooCommerce
The webhook isn't reaching your site or is blocked. The customer paid, you see nothing.
Try this first
- 1Open the Mollie dashboard, go to the transaction and review webhook logs
- 2See 4xx or 5xx, copy the webhook URL and open in browser, must not 403
- 3Common cause: WAF blocks Mollie IPs, add a whitelist in firewall or plugin
- 4Test with a 1-cent transaction until status posts correctly
