New room in use and we keep forgetting to test something
A fixed acceptance check prevents a room going live with half-working audio or a calendar link still off. Ten minutes per room saves many tickets.
Try this first
- 1Test calendar link, send an invite and verify one-touch-join on the controller.
- 2Test the microphone, ask a remote colleague about level and background noise handling.
- 3Test the camera, check from remote that the framing makes sense and auto-framing behaves.
- 4Test screen sharing, BYOD over HDMI and USB-C and wireless via the common client.
- 5Test all controllers, the room controller, a touchscreen and any second panel.
- 6Document the outcome per room in a simple sheet or in the monitoring portal.
When to bring us in
A populated acceptance checklist with a per-room drawing, Vectel can deliver at install or as an audit on existing rooms.
