Wi-Fi roaming and QoS prioritisation are usually the culprit.

- 1Lower roaming aggressiveness in laptop driver
- 2Use APs with 802.11r/k/v for fast handover
- 3Enable QoS / WMM, voice traffic on AC_VO queue
- 4Replace non-business APs (consumer routers), they cannot do QoS
