Almost every cloud PBX has a marketplace app for the major CRMs. Click-to-call runs via a browser extension, screen pop via webhook or native integration.

Try this first

  1. 1Check if your PBX has an official HubSpot or Salesforce app, custom webhook is last resort.
  2. 2Install the browser extension on users and link to their extension.
  3. 3Verify number normalisation: CRM must store +31 with country code or inbound will not match.
  4. 4Test inbound, outbound, and an unknown number to confirm a 'new contact' flow.
