Lots of spam calls, can I block them?

Combine PBX blacklist + ACM spam list, and STIR/SHAKEN where available.

Try this first

  1. 1PBX blacklist with known spam numbers
  2. 2Provider-side reputation filter (Voys, BelXS have options)
  3. 3Reject anonymous calls or send to IVR with 'press 1' (spambots drop off)
  4. 4Report repeat offenders to ACM

When to bring us in

Spam with spoofed NL numbers? Enable STIR/SHAKEN validation if provider supports it.
