Outbound from mobile with the company landline as CLI

PBX softphone app on mobile, then CLI shows landline, not the mobile number.

Try this first

  1. 1Install PBX app (Voys, BelXS, Teams mobile)
  2. 2Log in with work account, set default CLI to landline
  3. 3On mobile data or Wi-Fi the app uses VoIP, no GSM minutes
  4. 4Native dialler goes via GSM and mobile number, agree explicitly which to use

When to bring us in

Customers still see mobile number? CLI is per user, double-check the setting.
