Our ISDN line still works, does it have to go?

KPN has phased out most ISDN/PSTN, remainder via SIP converter or all-IP.

Try this first

  1. 1Check the letter from KPN or provider about the shutdown date
  2. 2Short term: ISDN-to-SIP converter (Patton, AudioCodes) in front of old PBX
  3. 3Long term: cloud PBX or new IP PBX
  4. 4Plan porting early, do not wait until the cutoff day

When to bring us in

Old PBX is end-of-life? Vectel migrates to cloud while keeping numbers.
