Forwarding via the mobile carrier does not work for the business number.

Mobile forwarding applies to the SIM number itself, not to a business landline routed over VoIP. Forwarding has to live in the PBX or VoIP portal.

Try this first

  1. 1Determine whether the business number is ported to VoIP
  2. 2Set forwarding in the PBX or VoIP portal, not on the SIM
  3. 3Verify voicemail destination and time-of-day routing
  4. 4Test from an external number, not an internal extension
