Forwarding via the mobile carrier does not work for the business number.
Mobile forwarding applies to the SIM number itself, not to a business landline routed over VoIP. Forwarding has to live in the PBX or VoIP portal.
Try this first
- 1Determine whether the business number is ported to VoIP
- 2Set forwarding in the PBX or VoIP portal, not on the SIM
- 3Verify voicemail destination and time-of-day routing
- 4Test from an external number, not an internal extension
