Which Google Workspace plan fits us?
Business Starter, Standard, and Plus differ in storage, meetings, and compliance. The right choice depends on file volume and risk posture.
Try this first
- 1Business Starter: 30 GB per user, meetings up to 100 without recording. Fits small teams with few files.
- 2Business Standard: 2 TB per user, meetings up to 150 with recording, shared drives. The 'standard office' plan.
- 3Business Plus: 5 TB per user, Vault, advanced endpoint management. Fits once you face compliance requirements.
- 4On strong file growth: upgrade from Starter to Standard early; downgrade after exceeding storage is not possible without data loss.
- 5Pricing rarely stays current; check live via admin.google.com > Billing.
When to bring us in
The Plus-or-not call, especially with Vault, is a compliance question. Ask for advice; the wrong choice means data-export pain later.
