Usually a broken link between POS and terminal over USB, IP or Bluetooth.
Try this first
- 1Check physical connection first: USB cable, network cable, Bluetooth pairing
- 2IP terminal: ping terminal IP from the POS, same subnet?
- 3POS software must share the printer as a device with the terminal
- 4Reboot order: printer first, then terminal, then POS
- 5Test from terminal menu by printing a manual slip, not via a sale
