Terminal not printing on receipt printer.

Usually a broken link between POS and terminal over USB, IP or Bluetooth.

Try this first

  1. 1Check physical connection first: USB cable, network cable, Bluetooth pairing
  2. 2IP terminal: ping terminal IP from the POS, same subnet?
  3. 3POS software must share the printer as a device with the terminal
  4. 4Reboot order: printer first, then terminal, then POS
  5. 5Test from terminal menu by printing a manual slip, not via a sale
