Link reservation system with POS.
TheFork, Resengo and Formitable can pass table info to the POS so orders land on the right table. Not always native, sometimes via middleware. Does it work? Test with a real booking.
Try this first
- 1Ask your POS vendor which reservation systems are native.
- 2If not native, check for middleware (Apicbase, Xenia).
- 3Map tables in POS to tables in reservations.
- 4Test with a real test booking, not just reading docs.
When to bring us in
Double bookings or wrong tables: check webhook log. Usually a table-id mismatch between systems.
