The adblocker makes some sites slow to load
Filter lists grow and complex CSS rules cost CPU at every render. A few heavy lists can be noticeable on weaker laptops.
Try this first
- 1Open the uBlock dashboard and review active filter lists
- 2Disable niche lists you do not need
- 3Test with Manifest V3 or MV2 build for your browser
- 4Turn I'm an advanced user off if you do not use custom rules
