Send As rejected despite granted rights
Send As propagates through Active Directory and can take up to an hour. Cache on both ends can worsen this.
Try this first
- 1Confirm with IT both Send As and Full Access are set
- 2Wait at least an hour after granting, sometimes longer
- 3Remove the sender from autocomplete and type address fresh
- 4Test via Outlook Web to rule out local cache

- OneDrive has stopped syncingThe cloud icon is grey or has a warning. Locally changed files are not showing up for colleagues.
