Desktop and Documents do not sync
Known Folder Move puts Desktop, Documents and Pictures into OneDrive. Sometimes it is off or has a name conflict.
Try this first
- 1Open OneDrive settings, Backup tab
- 2Enable Desktop, Documents and Pictures
- 3Resolve any naming conflicts that pop up during enable
- 4Let the initial sync finish before doing anything

- OneDrive has stopped syncingThe cloud icon is grey or has a warning. Locally changed files are not showing up for colleagues.
