Multiple brands on one mail server, SPF fails for some domains
One IP sending for multiple domains needs correct SPF per domain, not one shared record.
Try this first
- 1Each domain gets its own SPF record with the right include or ip4
- 2Check that helo/EHLO matches a hostname on one of the domains
- 3Set up DKIM per domain, not one shared key
- 4Test with a message from each brand to a Gmail account
