The domain scan says SPF/DKIM/DMARC is missing: what does that mean?
Three small DNS records that tell receivers "this server may send on my behalf". Without them you are an open invitation.
Try this first
- 1SPF (TXT record on your domain): lists the IPs or domains allowed to send. Missing, or ?all instead of -all, makes it weak.
- 2DKIM (signature): your mail provider digitally signs outgoing mail. Without it the receiver cannot prove it really came from you.
- 3DMARC (TXT on _dmarc.yourdomain): tells receivers what to do when SPF and DKIM fail. "none" does nothing, "quarantine" sends suspect mail to spam.
- 4Get a first read: run our Domain quickscan and see in plain language what is there and what should improve.
When to bring us in
Changes require access to your domain DNS, at the registrar where you bought the domain. Not your mailbox. We can do it with your registrar if this is new territory.

- An email bounces (NDR): delivery failedThe NDR text usually states the exact reason. Reading it is step one.
