WooCommerce orders do not become invoices in Yuki automatically
Yuki expects UBL or a standardised invoice format, not the raw Woo order. The bridging plugin or UBL export is often missing.
Try this first
- 1Install a UBL export plugin on WooCommerce and validate the output against UBL 2.1
- 2Send invoices to Yuki via mail-to-Yuki or via the API, not both
- 3Make sure customer number or email is consistent, otherwise Yuki creates duplicates
- 4Periodically scan for orders without an invoice in Yuki
When to bring us in
If WooCommerce tax calculation is unreliable, fix it in Woo first and not in Yuki.
