Switching from Exact Online to Yuki, open items and history do not match
Package migrations stumble on ledger mapping and open AR/AP. Without a mapping table you lose context.
Try this first
- 1Pull a trial balance and open-items list from Exact at a fixed cut-off date
- 2Build a mapping table between Exact ledger accounts and the Yuki chart (RGS where possible)
- 3Import opening balance and open items separately, not as one big journal
- 4Run the first two months in parallel for comparison
When to bring us in
If VAT history and suppletie filings must come along, involve your accountant for the formal close in Exact.
