Copilot in Outlook does not respond on a shared mailbox
Copilot works on the user's own mailbox first. For a shared mailbox you need a separate licence or a different flow.
Try this first
- 1Confirm the user has Full Access on the shared mailbox
- 2Check whether your tenant enabled Copilot on shared mailboxes
- 3Test on another mailbox; broken or policy?
- 4Document which mailbox types Copilot does or does not handle
