Hours in Toggl or Harvest, payroll in Nmbrs or Loket, retyped manually every month
A direct API link rarely exists, but via an intermediate step (CSV export, or an iPaaS flow with approval) you can make it tidy and auditable.
Try this first
- 1Standardise project codes and cost-bearer fields, otherwise nothing matches
- 2Build a monthly flow that pulls hours, maps to cost bearer, hands off as CSV to payroll
- 3Have the manager approve before the export hits payroll, not after
- 4Store the export in a shared folder with the date, that is your audit trail
When to bring us in
With multiple collective agreements, shifts or allowances, do not roll your own, buy a time-and-payroll product that already handles it.
