Dataverse or SharePoint list for flow data?
SharePoint is free with M365 but lacks relations and indexing. Dataverse is sturdier and pricier.
Try this first
- 1Under 5000 items, no relations: SharePoint list works
- 2Above that, or relational data: Dataverse
- 3Budget Dataverse capacity and per-user license
- 4Late migration is painful, choose early
When to bring us in
Unsure: prototype in SharePoint, migrate to Dataverse when limits hurt.

None of the above fits?
