Hack cleaned, what else needs to happen
Cleanup is step 1. Stopping it from coming back is steps 2 through 6.
Try this first
- 1Rotate all passwords: WP admins, FTP, hosting, database, mail
- 2Rotate security keys in wp-config.php so old sessions die
- 3Update WP core, all plugins and theme, remove unused plugins
- 4Request a review in Google Search Console to clear the warning
