Adobe license sharing between colleagues no longer works
Adobe moved years back from device licenses to named-user. Sharing between people is no longer allowed and is actively enforced.
Try this first
- 1Go to adminconsole.adobe.com > Products and check who currently has a license assigned.
- 2If one person has a license but multiple need it: add the extra users and assign them licenses too.
- 3On a swap: detach the license from the old user first, then assign to the new one. This order avoids overlap errors.
- 4For occasional users: consider single-app licenses (Photoshop only, Acrobat only); cheaper than All Apps.
- 5Pricing rarely stays current; check via admin console or your Adobe reseller.
