Set up a punch card for the cafe.
A 10-punch coffee card or a value voucher: both possible in POS. Punches by count (10 coffees), value vouchers in euros. VAT timing differs (at sale vs redemption), ask your accountant which logic your POS follows.
Try this first
- 1Decide count vs value, it drives accounting.
- 2Add a 'redeem punch' button in POS, do not book as discount.
- 3Keep a register of issued cards, digital is fine.
- 4Set expiry: 1 year is common, longer becomes a liability.
