Plus is for individuals, Team is for small companies with shared workspace and data policy, Enterprise is for strict compliance and SSO. For SMBs, Team usually lands well.

- 1Plus per account only makes sense if 1 or 2 people use it and you do not need a shared workspace.
- 2Team adds admin panel, shared workspace and the default promise that your input is not used for training.
- 3Enterprise is interesting under audit requirements, SSO, SCIM, longer context and more admin control, usually for larger teams or strict sector work.
- 4Also consider Microsoft Copilot if you are deep in M365, it can cover similar work from Word and Outlook.
