Domain shows 'redemption period', can we get it back?
Between expiry and final drop sits redemption, usually 30 days for gTLDs, .nl uses a 40-day quarantine.
Try this first
- 1Ask current registrar for a redemption restore
- 2Expect 80 to 250 euros plus normal renewal
- 3DNS and mail come back after restore, sometimes a few hours delay
- 4Enable auto-renew after restore
When to bring us in
For .nl the phase is called 'quarantaine', SIDN handles it via your registrar.
