Client asks for a UBL invoice, package only sends PDF
UBL is XML alongside or instead of PDF. Not every package sends it by default, and not every recipient reads it.
Try this first
- 1Enable UBL export in your package (Exact, Yuki, e-Boekhouden support it)
- 2Test by sending a self-invoice and inspect the XML
- 3Agree with the client whether they want UBL via mail or Peppol
- 4For government clients, Peppol is required
When to bring us in
If clients require UBL via SimplerInvoicing or a specific network, check which Peppol access point your package uses.
